Online game that combines turn based strategy and a collectible card game.

Octopi (now part of Sony Entertainment) has developed an online game that combines turn based strategy with a collectible card game (in this case runes), set in a medieval fantasy world known, as PoxNora.

  The game doesn't use top of the range graphics, but they perform perfectly for smooth online gaming. The controls are rather simple and everything can be accessed with a few clicks of the mouse or by using keyboard shortcuts, allowing users to quickly grasp the basic controls.

  Once we have installed the game, we will have to create an account on the website. After this we can access the game host, that is separated into five different lobbies. The first four lobbies are dedicated to games, while the fifth and last lobby is reserved for rune trading. The two main lobbies for new players, are the first (Training Grounds) and the second (Single Player).

  In the Training Grounds we will be able to learn the basic game rules by first playing the tutorial, and then the beginner campaigns that will put your army face to face with each one of the factions, so that you can see the differences between each rune deck. We recommend that you complete the "Beginner Battles" with each faction so you can maker a better choice as to what army you prefer.

  In the Single Player lobby we will be able to complete the free campaigns (there are several different campaigns), playing against armies that are led by the AI (like the Beginner Battles). So if you can't find anyone to play against at a given moment in time, you can always test your skills in this lobby.

  Requirements: It is necessary to have/create a free Sony Station Account to play. It is necessary to update the software to the last version before starting to play.
